also :) decided that finnick reminded mags of the d4 boy in her games & because of this, she held such an affinity for him from the start — & this was her second chance to “save her district partner” because that’s all she’d wanted — i’ll elaborate on this at some point

thinking about how mags prob started going grey early because Stress™️ & kept her hair dyed per a d4 stylist’s suggestion on behalf of the capitol & then one day was like “yeah no more” & let it all grow out silver … very special to me (the evolution from milfhood to gilfism)
