All the snakes are fed so have a rare pic of laurence doing a little climb
Made a trip to get dinner for the long dogs, and Things for Projects. I also got 2 new vines for gascoigne and striga, who also got some paper towel tubes and she's been extremely interested in them, and i think she experienced something close to joy when she realized that she could go inside them
BIRTHDAY SIN!!! Shes just over a year old with her hatchdate being 8/20/20, and is a little bit bigger than Laurence. She splooted on my hand immediately after she decided to climb out of the cup and very quickly took to the slate hide i set up for her.
The baby is hungry again.

I also. Uh. Repeated a past sin and got myself someting for my birthday. More on that next week 👀
So ive had this weird angry rope in my room for like, 7 months now. She isn't -- wasn't mine. She was my roomate R's. If you read the tags or if youve been following me for awhile you might remember mentions of him. Some Things happened and basically he left all of his fish and aforementioned angry rope behind for me (and our 2 other roomates) to take care of.
(There are a lot of factors excluded for brevity.)
So. Ive broken down and ive accepted that shes Mine now, and so far have had 2 successful handling sessions. Ive since learned that since shes a youngish female that she is a Hangry baby and thats why she likes to bite. (Why i havent really handled her) been steadily saving money to upgrade the reptile enclosures, and she is now on my list. In the meantime, ive been scrounging Suitable Garbage from work to utilize as Snecor (snake decor) and she loves it. Big oatmeal jar with a bunch of holes cut into it and a fake plant jammed into the side, using the jank suction cup that doesnt stick to shit as a backing to keep it in place.
