Here's to healthy

Weighed in this morning. Those numbers are unreal! I am now at 188.5 lbs, exactly 1.5 lbs from my lowest weight EVER. But this time I’m gonna blow past that number! I’m not gonna go backwards this time. 😃

Whenever I get told that I have “such a pretty face.”

You don’t have to justify what you eat when you post a picture of a dessert or pizza or a burger. You don’t have to include “not pictured is all the green things I ate.” You don’t have to talk about all the time you spent at the gym that makes it “okay” for you to eat this. Just eat. Eat and enjoy. Say “look at this yummy thing.” Let yourself and others feel safe eating food.
