Hello friends, family, and followers! I’m really excited about this drink called Spark. It’s amazing! Please take just a few moments to read this, and I truly think you will not only be informed, but could very possibly be just as excited as I am. Everyone goes through it; we feel bad, icky, blah. Not necessarily sick, but just unmotivated. I felt like a total blob. I’ve struggled with weight issues my whole life, as well as depression and anxiety. I’d seen, like many of you, Facebook posts about this “spark” everyone has been creating a buzz about. So, what the heck? Let me see what this is about. It’s about FEELING GOOD. It’s about SUSTAINED ENERGY and VITAMINS and MINERALS in, get this, a fruity, yummy, actually drinkable drink mix! Each day as you drink Spark, you build up vitamins A, B-6, B-12, C, and E in your system for a constant release of “feel good.” You won’t be climbing walls, rearranging furniture at 3 am, or spring cleaning in December (unless you just want to get a head start…). But you will eventually wake up on the proverbial “right side of the bed” each day. You will feel better physically and mentally; a sort of clarity, if you will. As I progress into my thirties, I realize it’s time to get right, RIGHT NOW. I have felt better in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last 3 years. I have lost a total of 8 pounds since 11/16/2013.
