So I finished my 24 day challenge about a month ago and since then I have been sticking to the same guidelines for my eating. I try to eat clean, no carbs in the evening and just be mindful of what I put in my mouth. I still use the MNS3 or the MNSe vitamins as well as the meal replacement shakes for breakfast, especially on the days I work. I also take thermoplus and catalyst daily and have just started trying crave-check. Overall I have lost 25.5 pounds. My current goal is to be at 225 by March 15. That gives me about 8 days to lose 8 pounds. So we will see. I have also been working with a trainer once per week and then going by myself or with a friend an additional two to three times per week. I am so happy with my results thus far and can't wait to see where advocare takes me.
