im going to be dressing up as a band member from the 2000s and like makeup for the entire week starting monday. I go to highschool so like im gonna be fucking judged but who tf cares.

After watching his younger sister and her friends play the game Mike and his friends played when he was her age, he goes upstairs shutting the door behind them.

Will is still there from when they were just playing. "Mike come on, your mom said its time for dinner." Will spoke and gave Mike a little shoulder nudge, Mike seemed less oblivious to the flirty gesture because will came out to them not too long ago. He understood in that moment once again that Will had always been in love with him. He pushed those thoughts away and just nudged him back. They stared at each other and laughed a bit, but the laughs cleared away in the empty hallway because the eye contact pierced right through Mikes heart.

"Will.... I uh... I think I-" Karen comes up to them, "Boys I've told you already, dinners ready you guys need to eat before the food gets even colder." They both walk to the table and eat, though their legs brush up against each other under the table.

After the dinner is over they both run up to Mikes room and Mike for obvious reasons shuts the door. "What were you trying to say earlier Mike." Will touches over Mikes hand reassuringly, like he's saying something that doesn't need to be put into words.

"I uh... I like you Will. I like you. And I don't want to be friends anymore. Not even BEST friends. I want to be more then that to you. I want to be more then that to you, okay?" Mike fidgets nervously, Will grabs his hand. "You really feel that way Mike?" Will says in a more withdrawn, nervous soft tone. "Yeah. Yeah I really do feel that way Will. I really do."

Will grabs Mikes hand and kisses him, softly and very hesitantly, and he'd tell you, it doesn't feel like fireworks like they say in the movies. It doesn't feel like an electric explosion, but it feels like comfort and warmth. It feels safe and warm. Mikes lips are warm and content.

the one i wrote because im angry 2/2: Mike and will are outside taking a walk along Hawkins because they needed some fresh air. Needed to get out of the house. Will bumps Mike with his shoulder in attempt to flirt with Mike. Mike remains oblivious like last time. Will doesn't like this because Mikes been acting like an asshole for the past 2 years or so. Will and Mike walk to the Sattler Quarry. When they get there they look at the edge in wonder. Well Mike doesn't like it but its too late when Will shoves him off. He dies and Will moves on.
