While Rafael had certainly learned how to try and combat it, to try and get past it to be better than that and help people instead of bring about chaos… he found that there were some things on this plane that made it a bit easier to… ignore the voices in his head. That was why he found himself leaning against a wall, blowing out a puff of smoke from the joint he had in his hands, trying to ignore the influence of his father’s blood that coursed through his veins. Thankfully, footsteps broke him from his internal fight and he shifted his gaze to the male that joined him. “If you’re expecting me to share, then I suggest you walk away,” Rafael stated, unable to tell who it was as the person was still hidden by the shadows.

“territorial then, got it.” dinah scoffed, looking behind the shadows, wondering if he could see who was he was approaching. a night of drinking out at the bars had dinah craving something extra. he was never much of a smoker since his metagene hinged on his ability to scream through sonic waves. but the side effects never seemed to impeded his fighting skills. plus, this person seemed to want their privacy which for dinah was a surefire open door. “can you at least give me a light?”
