Fiendish Neko's House of Painted Plastic

Realised I'd not done any non-pixel digital art for a hot minute, so I spent a little time drawing Best Stardew Boy rescuing a frog and having a lil cry because he's so smol and green and freg

After a good long while, my first custom transformers repaint is complete! So happy with how Thundercracker turned out in the end and so fired up to do my next one! Like I'm so happy with him, I can't stop picking him up and checking him out from different angles!

Still a tiny bit left to go, but here's my custom Thundercracker so far!

Still got to get those metallics nice and highlighted, plus the visor needs brightening up, but the finish line is in sight!

Quick update on custom Thundercracker: it's going real good! Still a long way to go, but the base colours have all been applied, meaning I have a long journey of highlights, edge highlights and nicks and scratches ahead of me!

Cracked on with the sprayprimer today and gave Thundercracker a nice coat of Army Painter Black, which I'm relieved the Blokees plastic took really well!

Also, because I forgot to post him before, here's the lil bit of putty sculpting I did for his visor!

Had a bunch of Transformers stuff arrive today, including model kits for Best Prime: Sentinel Prime, Starscream (soon to become Thundercracker) and a sick new Cybertronic Spree t-shirt!

And that's another commission piece wrapped up! It still feels kinda weird working on larger display figures (this lad was almost 10" tall), but it feels really rewarding to pull something of this scale together!

Been a while since I posted some commission work, right? Well here's some WIP of Slaine, a character originally from 2000AD comics.

Kinda making a real habit of painting huge models, as this guy stands just shy of 10" when he's fully assembled. Still got a fair way to go, so expect some updates over the coming days!
