He is constantly weird to young Ryōshū including manipulating her into using her sword which causes her to forget that he did so, and he even tries it multiple times even when she expresses discomfort.

He talks in an overly familiar, flirty and uncomfortable way to Ryōshū, Zilu, and Araya. Ryōshū is clearly uncomfortable around him to the point she doesn't want Araya around him at all and gets pissed when he keeps trying to talk to Araya. The pet names he uses for Zilu and Ryōshū are extremely sexual and aggressive.

Even if you take the "honey bunny" and other pet names as just a translation thing, it was chosen for a reason and given Ryōshū'a reaction to him in general it should be obvious she doesn't feel comfortable around him.

Even Rien calls him out on being scummy and manipulative. Lei Heng knew completely that using the sword would erase her most important memories and fuck her up mentally.

I honestly don't see how people don't think he's got some kind of sexual predator vibes going on. The touching the sword without permission seems pretty clear cut kind of implication LOL

In 1998, Panasonic Interactive Media released Secret Writer’s Society, an educational game that teaches kids how to write. But because of a horrible problem, under the right circumstances in the Macintosh version, the game’s text-to-speech feature would read a list of obscenities.

Unbelievably, it took a few months for anyone to notice this. There’s some dispute about what caused this: Panasonic says it was a bug involving the game’s swear filter, while anti-corporate activist group RTMark claims it was an act of deliberate, internal sabotage meant to raise awareness about the dangers of outsourcing education to a computer game.

This version of Secret Writer’s Society was pulled, and it has been missing for the past 20 years… but this week, I got a copy. And now you can play it too!
