As I've said before I don't really like it when events from the Puppingtons family's life are repeated in the Posabules family. Even if Poppit is gay it won't be the main reason for her being miserable in this marriage.

In my vision, Poppit had career plans and she was even going to get a degree before she got pregnant. And now she sees how Art works every day and lives the life she wanted to live. I'm not sure if she has alcohol or drug addiction anymore but it makes sense. Like, imagine that you've been messing with children for years and wasting your life on something you hate?
