*nods* I think we’re on the same page. Ultimately I think art is in the eye of the beholder, not everyone is gonna have the same views or tastes and that’s fine.

Yeah, it just have to be heartfelt. It cant just be something you throw on some paper because you have to. 

True art? Now I’ve gotta ask, what do you consider to be true art? Because I’m pretty sure the random shit people walk in wanting is true art even if it’s nothing genuine or authentic. 

I think true art is something real and true to you.

Yes completely. Art has to be real and from the heart to make someone feel something. You can’t just half-ass it. 

I couldn’t agree more. Back when I worked at the newspaper people could definitely pick up when I liked my topic versus when I didn’t. People are just naturally able to tell those things without even knowing the artist or creator. 

Exactly, if you don’t put your full heart into something people are going to know because it’s not as real or as great as something you really love.
