"My Only Exception"

“Okay i won’t tell anyone just yet.” He said smiled warmly.” i’m so glad i have you by my side betts, i love you.” He whispered and gave the slightest smile.” It’s going to be a shock to everyone especially your mother but i think we can  handle her, she a little less mean than she was and i think she’ll understand, she’s been here before. 

Betty smiled. “Well I’m glad. I like having our little shared secret for now.” She replied reaching up pulling the beanie off his head before placing it on hers. “I’ll never leave your side Juggie. You’re suck with me.” She said softly as she placed her hand on his cheek. “And I love you Jughead Jones, maybe a little too much.” She whispered tapping his nose playfully. “I know we can, I think my mother has learned you’ll do anything to protect me.” She spoke smiling. 

Jughead turned around and furrowed his brows.”you do? He smiled and kissed her.”  That’s great betty, are you sure?” He took h9is hands in hers, he was full of mixed emotions but he was mostly happy she wanted to be apart of his world, it was highly dangerous but she was strong.

“I’m more than sure.” She replied feeling his lips press against hers. 

Betty gathered her nerves that next day as she walked into the Wyrn. “Jones.” She said walking up behind him resting her hand on his shoulder to turn him around as she glanced at the serpents around him. “I..I want to be your Queen.” She leaned in whispering in his ear as a small smile spread across her lips as she waited to she his reaction.
