That’s fantastic, Bryan!  How does that work?  

Well it’s kind of like putting your name in to get an audition and then you audition and get told where your role will be I guess. I don’t even know if that makes sense Zelda is better at these kinds of things. Basically I’ll do some physical tests for scouts and then everyone meets in new york hoping to be picked.

So proud of you.  I can’t believe this day came already, after all the travelling teams and the practices and injuries and sweat.  You did it, kid.  You’re in the big leagues.

Not quite yet pops, still got a little ways until it’s official that I’ll be with the big dogs. I don’t know how I could ever repay you and mom for all the sacrifices you two made for me to get where I am now.

I will I’m hoping I can stay in Cali or at least be close enough by. But honestly as long as I don’t go to Cleveland, Cincinati or Miami I’ll be okay.

I have to see where Zelda is going first. I love that girl, I’m going to marry here one day, I can promise you this. I don’t trust them yet because we haven’t went through the combine yet. After that and they still say I’m staying in LA then I’ll trust them.

True….are Aunt Cedes, Uncle Stephen, BJ and Zelda going to New York with you? I think I’ll have a watching party here for you if my parents agree

Hey no stop all that. It’s early seeing as we have months before the combine and draft but odds and experts right now are saying I’m staying in LA and going to the chargers. Only time will tell for now, I haven’t talked to anyone about the odds because I don’t want to give anyone false hope if it doesn’t go down that way.

I know how good you are but even you can’t turn that around.
