red stripe: inner strength
orange stripe: subverting traditional depictions of femininity
pink stripe: community, loving and appreciating other femmes
magenta stripe: performing femininity for one’s self and/or the genders you’re attracted to
purple stripe: solidarity, loving and appreciating butches
💚 butch flag meaning 💚
indigo stripe: solidarity, loving and appreciating femmes
dark blue stripe: code of chivalry; kindness and selflessness
yellow stripe: unity, love and appreciation for other butches
green: subverting traditional depictions of masculinity
teal blue stripe: compassion for others
