I love my friends’ radio shows and listening in to them.

1. my friend has an insane record collection, so i love going to their place and having record listening days where we just enjoy music together. it always makes me particularly happy when i've added a new record to my collection that i can bring over and spin for them!

2. watching a good movie that really allows me to stretch my brain and dig into its details. i love discussing it over dinner with friends afterwards, going on letterboxd and seeing what other people think, etc.

3. when my team wins in the footy (AFL)! i'm an AVID collingwood supporter and have been since birth, so it's always special when they win because it means getting to celebrate with my family!

🐞my girlfriend. she’s my world and i love her sooo much 💕 i love hanging with her at school and cuddling, she’s sooooo cute and just so lovely + i love her radio show because she’s so good at it and she dedicates songs to me (she played our song the other day!)

🐞talking in english class. i really like the book we’ve been reading and i love talking for 70 minutes straight about all the themes 🥹

🐞my comfort youtubers. i’ve been watching them a lot more recently and they’re soooo funny (danny, kurtis, alana, avascreams, turtlewithat, and not even emily!) and they just make me joyful and giggly

here are some things that make me happy!

interacting with my girly pops at 7brew every morning. it always makes me happy. it either helps me start my day on a good note or turns a bad one around

byler. it also makes me sad, but the idea of it, the fandom, the lore all brings me happiness

finding people to talk to who share your interests. its so nice to have someone you can infodump on and they'll do it right back at you

when you’re in class with your friends and getting no work done but it’s ok bc everything is funny and you can’t stop laughing

fanfiction. I have such a huge appreciation for fic writers bc reading stories abt my favorite characters in the most random situations lwk brings me so much joy

getting to talk abt my interests, especially to someone who is willing to listen to me ramble!

hopping on a discord vc w my friends and making the stupidest jokes ever. i love when a friendgroup has a very oddly specific type of humor, and ours is very silly. My bestie Maxine is the funniest person i know!

going outside and just watching animals. its even better when they come over to you when youre sitting down for long enough! i had a bird stand and look at me when i was walking home from class last week. (awesome....)

being able to see the creativity of my peers improve every single day. saw a friend of mine post a live wallpaper they made in our friend group's server and it was genuinely breathtaking

1) Dancing when I'm home alone! Whenever I feel tired or sad, dancing to a favorite song helps me instantly, it's super fun even if I get the moves wrong

2) Going skateboarding at the State University campus! They have the best roads, which are an absolute pleasure to use for cruising and carving, and the greenery there is very refreshing to look at. That place helps me feel so much less anxious while I'm on my board

3) The days when I get to go for a walk with my family. Sometimes, all I need is a walk in the park with a relative of mine while we discuss a topic that wouldn't have come up were we to stay home

- I enjoy spending quiet moments with friends where we're just in each other's presence. It brings me a lot of comfort and I'm happy I don't have to fill the silence with anything and just exist with them.

- I enjoy walking my dog at night a lot. We often walk for about 2 hours or longer depending on my energy level. We walk through different, more secluded parts of town where there's barely any people which is really relaxing.

- Third thing that makes me happy is working on my characters. I really like working on the personality and psychological aspects of a character. I find it really fascinating, especially trying to figure out how someone else's mind should work. Complex characters are a joy to work on, in my opinion.
