As my friend @eretxskullcrusher said, we just thought of this insane theory. As we saw, at the end of episode 6, "Scream Rain," Vox managed to trick Lucifer. Today, we got a sneak peak of Lucifer being on the floor, electrocuted. Now, the description of episode 8, "Curtain Call" says: "Vox (and the Vees - I guess) is hosting a party so everyone can watch him take over Heaven, and you're all invited!". What if his secret weapon is actually Lucifer? Only an angel could open a portal to Heaven, so what if Vox hypnotized him in order to open a portal straight to Heaven and then forced him to fight Heaven's forces?!
