And so we have the first of many catalogued characters posted. Hijax is going to be one of the two main characters in this possible storyline. He's a subspecies of demon that is borne of cursed magic being poured into an object that forms his 'heart', in this case a quickly made doll. He served out his purpose a long time ago, and has also calmed down over time, now seeking just to enjoy himself and make friends with the peculiar types of children who see a messed up doll at the side of the road and pick it up. He spends a majority of time hibernating in the doll form unless he has either built up magic to use, or is able to feed off of magic. He can also use the pins on his back as weapons, and the gold rings on his arms are multipurpose and can change size and shape somewhat.
