Hot take; when a child is old enough to have boundaries and isn't in dire condition, then the parent shouldnt be able to decide if their child strips in front of a doctor.

I remember crying because I felt extremely uncomfortable wearing nothing but a gown in front of my doctor. Shes a woman, but that doesn't matter to me. I dont know her outside of work and I dont want to be naked in front of a stranger. The whole time I was begging my mom to just let me stay in my clothing, she was going;

"Why, are you trying to hide something from me?"

YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER MY PHONE, YOU DONT NEED CONTROL OVER MY BODY.

If I am SOBBING and BEGGING to just be allowed to have my clothes on, you should let me. I am not in dire condition, so I shouldnt HAVE TO.

I have been SA'ed MULTIPLE times by people I thought to trust (mostly my cousin) , I just ain't comfortable with a grown ass person pulling my underwear down and taking a look at my most intimate places. I'M NOT COMFORTABLE WITH IT BECAUSE OF TRAUMA . I am old enough to understand boundaries, so why won't you let me consent for MYSELF?

I hate it. I hate it so much. Why does someone - who doesn't know how I feel - have the right to decide if I get naked or not? Just because I'm young doesn't mean I dont have autonomy.

So, like I said; When a person is old enough to have boundaries, they should be able to speak for themselves at the doctors. ESPECIALLY IF THEYRE CRYING.

But I heavily dislike when people say a creator's designs are '100% canon' or when people base their design off another person's, just cause the person is popular.

BE CREATIVE WITH IT. Dont copy someone just cause they're popular! Live a little and love yourself!

People may not like a design because it's not a photocopy of a popular creator's, but that's okay! Because those who dislike your design for that reason are, say it with me now, not the audience you want.
