Who is beyond excited for the Future Games Show livestream tonight?! With a supply of snacks at the ready, I’ll definitely be tuning into the event on YouTube @ 8pm to find out when Duskfade’s release date is…with the slightly devastating news that Fable’s release has been delayed until next year, I’m remaining as hopeful as ever. 🤩🤞🎮

While I spend a few weeks saving up to upgrade my Xbox console, I figured I’d do something about the “gamers block” I’ve been experiencing lately…being a picky player, I browsed the app store and stumbled across Spyro: Reignited Trilogy…as I’d had fond memories of me and my sister playing this game, I thought I’d re-experience it for myself. 5 days in, the 1st game is 120% complete. I may have been faced with a couple of glitches but I’m glad I made it this far. 😅

Who else is planning to tune in to the Future Games Show: Summer Showcase livestream on June 6th, to finally find out the official release date for Duskfade…I certainly can’t wait…the livestream is only 9 days away! 🤩🎧🎮

After Rose In Chains, I browsed my bookshelf and discovered something I’ve had since last year: Tinker Bell, An Enchanters Tale…after 12 hours of nonstop reading time, simultaneously listening to Tinker Bell ambience on loop mode, with 31 relatively short chapters, plus an Prologue & Epilogue…it definitely had some fun surprises in store and had me crying near the end, but it was worth the experience. 🧚

While awaiting book 2, “Vine Of Hearts”, which will either be releasing this November or January 2027, I’ll definitely be giving Rose In Chains another read in the future ☺️🥰🥵

I don’t know if it’s just me but while Toven Hearst and Briony Rosewood may have “Dramione” vibes, somehow I also sense a bit of Sylus and MC from Love & Deepspace. I also noticed that around Chapter 16, it reminded me of Disney’s Beauty & The Beast, particularly where Beast shows Belle to her room in the East Wing after she becomes his prisoner…if you’ve seen the film/read Rose In Chains, you’ll know what I mean 🤔🥰💜

Not long after starting NTE, I felt inspired to once again get into Creative Mode, in order to recreate my female OC, Rikku.

While investigating an anomaly at a Photo Studio, Adler, Mint and I couldn’t resist having some fun with our cameras before closing the case, celebrating our success with a group photo ☺️😉📸

After discovering the McDonalds collab with Kpop Demon Hunters, I was a bit disappointed that the HUNTR/X and Saja Boys meals aren’t available in the UK, but that didn’t stop me looking for the collectible cards included with each meal…after a browse on Vinted, I discovered a listing for the Saja Boys card pack and wasted no time in buying it. While waiting for it to arrive, I said to myself that I was going to be happy with whichever card I got, other than the standard Derpy card included in every pack…once I finally received it, I was over the moon to discover that the card I got was EXACTLY the one I wanted!

After Skyrim, I didn’t want to find myself with “Gamers Block”, so I gave Lies Of P a try. As a newbie to the “Souls-like” subgenre, I didn’t know what to expect, so I picked the easiest difficulty, “Butterfly’s Guidance”…after a few days, while I’m stunned by the graphics, this game has tested my patience on more than one occasion, but I’m not giving up that easily 😮🙄🎮

While on my 2nd Skyrim playthrough, I chose to accept Harkon’s offer to become a Vampire, not knowing that somewhere down the line, I would have an opportunity to visit the Soul Cairn (aka the underworld) with Serana, meet her mother, Valerica, gain the option of acquiring Arvak (a Soul’s horse) as a summon as well as defeating a dragon called Durnehviir, only for him to resurrect within moments in order to grant me the title of Vanquisher, before teaching me the Dragon Shout to summon him when in Tamriel (Skyrim)…to top it off, I unlocked my first Skyrim achievement since September 2024 (yes it’s been THAT long), “Beyond Death”, which apparently only 9% of players unlocked…I am beyond speechless 😱.

As soon I returned to it just minutes ago, I experienced what’s possibly the wildest glitch yet…at my last save point, just after collecting the 20,000 reward for “taking care” of the Emperor himself, it seemed that the elements of nature were strongly against me…even a single attempted movement costed Shadowmere and I our lives…I even fast travelled to Dawnstar to see if it would fix the problem…no luck there…even restarting the console as well as the game itself didn’t fix the issue…until I decided to randomly fast travel to Whiterun and all of a sudden…all fixed! WTAF is going on?!

Despite this, I am pleased to say that I’ve been reunited with my favourite warhammer, Nerveshatter, and, as I’ve started the questline for The Dark Brotherhood, it won’t be long before I’m reunited with Shadowmere…I love that horse 🐴!
