Birds of Prey

“I was just so excited to see you!” Sniffs Kara, rubbing her face into Blood’s pants. “And you’re not really blind, stuuuuuuuupid!”

The weapon merely sighs but pats her head. “If ya really don’t wanna be here, we can always go back home.” He mutters.

Kara shakes her head. “No, it’s fine. Trigger may be a jerk.. but I miss him. Besides! I wanna show him the neat trick I learn!” She grins up at Blood.

Who merely frowns. “Kara, that ain’t a good idea. It’ll put a strain on yer body and besides, I don’t think Trigger is gonna take off that blindfold anytime soon.”

“You’re the stupid one, stupid!” He pouted in Kara’s direction for awhile longer before undoing his blindfold. Teasing and name-calling aside, he was curious about the ‘neat trick’ she learned.

Kara failed as Trigger dodge her pounce and went face first into the ground. A quiet whimper left her as she slowly sat up, touching her nose as blood seeps out of it.

“Ow…” She presses two fingers to the trail of blood. “That was a jerk move, Trigger.” The small beast whine though lets out a yelp as she was picked up by the back of her shirt and hoisted up.

“Lemme see.”

Blood inspects Kara before using his sleeve to wipe up her nose, making her flinch a bit. “Yer fine.” He rumbles soothingly before setting her down.

Kara sniffs some and clings to Blood. “I wanna go home! I don’t wanna play with that meanie head!” She huffs out, sticking her tongue at Trigger, even though the boy clearly can’t see it.

“Oh, Blood’s here too. Hey Blood.” He waved to where he last heard the weapon’s voice. He obviously couldn’t see anything, but he picked up what was happening. Kara’s impact and whimpering, the fabric of her shirt stretching as Blood lifted her, her sniffling, and... her yelling at Trigger. Wow, Kara sure made a lot of noise now that he thought about it. Guess being blind really does open up your senses. 

Kuro blinks wide eyes at Raven’s reaction. You think the birdbrain would be used to it by now. Guess not. Poor virgin.

“You know, ya think ya be cool about it considerin’ I wasn’t exactly ripping your pants open.” She places a hand on her hip, brow arched.

“Mm,” Purrs Kuro and licks her lips. “You’re always welcome to grab my tits anytime, love~” She grins but watches as his tail came out into view. Eyes widen and her mouth forms a small little ‘o’ like a child fascinated with the sight of magic.

A little wiggle of her hips was given. “I wanna touch!” Give her credit Raven. At least she’s asking and not just out right grabbing.

“Don’t remind me... I still get nightmare from the last I dealt with you in heat.” And boy was it fun helplessly watching a friend start grinding you after an intense sparring match left you physically spent. The memory made him sigh and shake his head, but he moved his tail forward toward Kuro.

Blood just watches Trigger, arms crossed over his chest before looking at Kara next to him.

“Yer friend is an idiot.”

Kara gave a sigh but shrugs. “He may be so! But he is MY idiot!” She pouts up at the elder before running at Trigger happily.

“TRIIIGGGEERRR!!” And she’s pouncing the teen.

Even thought he was blinded, he could definitely hear Kara’s voice and approach. He listened for her footsteps, waiting until she jumped for him, then hopped out of the way to avoid getting pounced. “Haha!” Just for dramatic effect, he took a flashy fighting stance. 

And Kuro intently stares at Raven, looking at his head before leaning over to look at his behind and waves a hand in front of it.

“Eh?? I wanna see?? Is it tucked away??” She was reaching to grab the back of his pants.

“Fuckin’ hell woman!” And upon touch, the back of his waist would give a wild twitch as he hopped forward, fighting the instinctual urge to turn around and elbow Kuro. 

Kara blinks again before flailing.

“Well! I was too busy being a little sad! I mean, I come over to hang out and behold! You guys had moved and didn’t say anything to me!” Now she was pouting as well.

Kara rubbed at her eyes before hearing someone shout at her in japanese. It was like she did a suddenly 360 from sniffingly to suddenly snapping back at whoeer it was that was yelling at her.

“WHY DON’T YOU MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, JERK!”

Kara blinked as she saw how it was and really not some jerk.

“Ara?”

If this was any other situation Trigger probably would had relaxed by now since he got Kara’s attention. He would had... buuut the fact he was ignored by a friend wouldn’t go unpunished. No, there’d be payback for that. He ran over to Kara, pouting.

“<Don’t ‘ara?’ me, dummy!>” He crossed his arms, glaring at the girl for a moment. Oh right... He took a breath, saying the next phrase in English now. 

It seemed empty. Kara had been a while for too long and now her one and only friend was gone. She felt her eyes start to sting as tears began to well up.

Rubbing at her eyes, the young beast felt her phone vibrate but chose to ignore it. It was probably Blood wondering where she was at.

Sniffing a bit, Kara walked away, head lower, hands stuffed in her pockets as she kicked at a rock.

“This sucks..” How much she wanted to cry, but as refusing to do so. Well, if Trigger left her, maybe they weren’t that close after all? No, that was wrong to think so. She was a bad friend oo, maybe that’s why he left.

Sniffing again, the young beast made her way back to the city, hoping to find something there to help ease her mood.

Did... did she just ignore his text? Was she honestly walking away? Trigger stared, following Kara with his eyes, then scowled. Okay, so he had been busy with the move and couldn’t text her for awhile, but... 

“Oh HELL NO. You are not ignoring me after all this time.” Trigger closed is phone and shoved his phone in his pocket.
