Fair Oaks Remodel

Super excited with how the new patio and landscaping turned out. Still have some finishing touches but the stone looks fantastic. All sourced locally in PA.

Big progress on the back patio renovation.

A little before and after to lift the spirits. It's hard to find a yard in the city. Sometimes you just have to create one.

There has been a little setback on the reno schedule but moving forward on the landing nonetheless. As usual some patching needed.

First phase of door stripping revealed a beautiful dark stain that appears to be somewhat intact.

Boy's bedroom turned out great! They are happy to have an organized and fun room!

Some poly on the landing. Apply after drop off. Dry by the time the boys get home!

This is inside the little bedroom closet. This sort of thing makes me crazy. The time it would take for me to repair this would be ridiculous to spend. So all I can do is slap primer on it and fill it up.
