Tv and sonos playbar install is finally complete. Just in time for march madness and the Masters.

Final stretch on the third floor guest room and bath. Bright and cozy with some euro touches.

Great progress in the entry and powder. Wall paper gone. Walls, trim and steps all patched, sanded, caulked and primed. Now for the final paint and design choices...

Made some progress on the entry over thanksgiving break. Doors and trim were all painted with oil paint, which requires sanding before we can repaint them in the white we're using throughout the house. Sanding this stuff is a chore, not to mention the prep work involved. Highly recommend a good air filter and closing in the work area. The good news: we're done sanding. Next up: patching, caulking and touching up before FINALLY painting this space.
