You occasionally mention being isolated for an extended period of time, if it's okay to ask, are you immunocompromised? (I ask because I am, and I can relate /in some semblance/ to that isolated feeling because of that)

I am not, I just live in a very rural area where nothing is within walking distance (there is no public transportation), and I cannot drive due to the severity chest injury, as well as the atrophy that has set in around it over the course of the past four years.

I am working on getting better, but for now, I am still trapped. 💔

Self confidence is something that is a bit difficult to maintain when you've been completely isolated from the outside world for several years, as I have been.
