We are excited for this yearly event and can't wait to see what you guys will come up with this time. It's always a blast and it's so amazing to see that the love and fandom for this incredible ship still keeps growing. Newbie or oldie, we love you!

The week will being on the 14th of July with the first Bonus day (we call it Fraxus Week Eve) and end on the 22nd of July with the second Bonus day, as usual. The rules haven’t changed but please make sure to read them again, especially if this is gonna be your first time participating.

Thank you to everyone who helped deciding and voting for the prompts! We know it was a tough choice. Some of the prompts were pretty similar so we decided to pair some up again.

RULES:

Everyone is allowed to participate and basically every sort of entry is allowed! Art, a fanfic, edits, headcanons, …everything! Just make sure that it has to do with Fraxus and does not imply something else/negative/other ships/trigger topics like r*pe etc! It also shouldn’t include something n.sfw. Entries bordering on n.sfw or suggestive mentions are alright.

Please put at least one of the tags fraxusweek or fraxus week in the first five tags of your entry! fraxus will suffice, too, if you forget to tag it otherwise but using the first two named tags will just make it easier for us to find the entries for this week! If you have twitter, you can also post your entries there with the tags!

You can also combine prompts, create multiple pieces per prompt or not use the prompts at all. If you’re not inspired by any of them, it’s okay to do your own thing or do something similar to the prompts.

Don’t worry about being late/on time! Late entries are always welcome, no matter how late. We know that things can get stressful very easily, so don’t worry about it!

Do not steal other people’s content! That won’t be accepted and that applies not only to this week but in general. Also refrain from reposting somebody's work without permission.

Chapter One - INTRODUCTIONS

Summary: The Justine’s were always a criminal family. The Dreyar’s were forced into it due to prohibition. After gaining power and influence in the criminal world, the families were forced into a fragile truce. This was until the recently disowned Freed Justine arrived at Laxus Dreyar’s door, demanding a job in exchange for information that could bring his family down. [Fraxus Multi-Chapter]

Chapter One: INTRODUCTIONS

~February 1921~

Slamming his hand on a stranger’s door was not something he had ever done before.

But that night was populated with many firsts for the man. It was the first time he had ever left the comfort of his town house at two in the morning, walking the streets of New York in a thunderstorm. It was the first time a group of men had battered on his door and demanded entrance to his home, pushing past him without waiting for an answer. It was the first time his father had sat him down and explained in no uncertain – but definitely angered – terms that he was a disgrace, and that he was no longer part of their family. It was the first time that he had looked up the address of a man that, up until that point, had never held any real importance in his life. So yes, it was a night of firsts for Freed Justine.

With rain battering down on him and wind swirling both his hair and his clothes, Freed slammed his open palm on the door three more times with strength fuelled by adrenaline. Hardened eyes glared narrowly at the unmoving door, and with every whistle of the strong and manic wind he found his anger at the situation doubling.

Also loving the “subtle” dragging lmaooo:  the house reeked of new money, it was almost embarrassing.

There was one outlier to this trend of respect: Freed Justine Quelle suprise lmao

For example, while he had told Freed to arrive at six AM for his audition, Laxus had shown up at eight-thirty, and Freed had been waiting in the cold for him. The glare and clipped conversation had been hysterical. Nooooo he did not (excellent move)

"Watch your mouth, woman," Laxus grunted.

"Why don't you make me," Lucy countered back, turning to face Laxus with a grin on her face. "Sir." I love her, best girl

He had a habit of hiring attractive men, and I had a habit of bedding them. *screams* the casualness of it all, the blasé feeling of “y’know twasn’t really my fault, if he didn’t want me to fuck em he shouldn’t have hired them” sdfghjk absolute icon

Hello. For a while now I’ve been accepting Fanfiction requests, but I’ve never really had an official post explaining how it would work. So I thought that I should make one just in case anyone is interested. 

For SFW writing, I’m happy to do almost any ship; those I won’t will be said below. For NSFW writing, I’d only want to accept requests for gay male couples. And I’m also more than happy to write things without any romance, should you want one.

In terms of things I won’t write: incest, pedophilia, sexual assault, heavy angst (death and mourning levels). I also wouldn’t like to write Laxus in relationships with women; sorry about that. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask :)

Summary: Freed and Laxus live incredibly different lives. Freed is a corporate lawyer in the capital city, and Laxus works as a handyman in a countryside hotel. Despite their differences, their lives collide when Freed inherits a house in Laxus’ village, and hires him to make the derelict building liveable. But the closer they get, the more they seem to offer each other. [Fraxus Multi-Chapter]

Chapter Five – The Cut

Melancholy wasn’t the word. It wasn’t.

Freed wasn’t the type of person to get melancholy, he had never been governed by his emotions at all. He didn’t look back on things fondly, nor did he feel a sense of sadness when parts of his life were over. Yes, of course things did make him emotional, but he was by no means the type of person to feel sad because something was over. Life moved on quickly, and so must he. It was the rational way to live his life.

It was a mantra he found himself repeating over and over again, as he walked through the house.
