My Cure Wing cosplay for Anime North 2026!

This is the toughest cosplay I’ve ever done. I ended up finishing it the morning of the con, which was very stressful. Thankfully, my friend Bee (@ifallelsefailsdance) helped by making the hat!

It ended up being very rewarding, because I was recognized by way more people than I was expecting!! Plus, Bee and I got to host a PreCure panel, which was a great experience!

I'm sorry but someone's gotta address the elephant in the room here...

Star Detective PreCure episode 17 might be one of the worst-looking episodes of this franchise that I've seen 😭

The characters looked off-model in pretty much every shot. And I gasped at how horribly this semi-realistic kitchen background clashed with the colourful character designs.
