Moab is one of the first successful experiments of PROJECT PRISCA MONSTRUM.

[SUBJECT.14.] is a genetically bred Utahraptor. By taking blood from a mosquito amber and replacing missing DNA with Ospery and snowy owl DNA, [SUBJECT. 14.] has an accuracy of 86%. Ancient DNA is belived to allow [SUBJECT.14.] to shed feathers to adapt to seasons and climate. [SUBJECT.14.] was raised and trained by scientist Dr. Robotnik and his assistant, as [SUBJECT.14.] is a personal "hound" to both.
