I wonder if any Cecil would take the opportunity to change their face? 🤔 I actually headcanon the alternate universe female Cecil (Cecilia?) from the tv show is a trans woman, so I do think Cecil would take that opportunity under certain circumstances. But would Licec take this chance? 🤔🤔

What helps me the most to not sweat it is internal consistency, like, sure I never drew it right but as long as its the same or similar between panels, it's all good. In the end, its a small percentage of readers that will nickpick this and what's important is that I convey the emotion or flow I'm imagining. Human brains are notoriously good at filling in blanks or ambiguity with whatever suits their mindset best at the time they're seeing it.

For comics, I think what most helps an amateur actually do a long form comic is the ability to "not sweat the small stuff" and "keep the momentum going". If you try to be a perfectionist in every panel, you are going to burn out. Try to draw what compels you, what will keep you engaged and interested 'cause you are gonna be staring at these pages and poses and characters for many, many hours, and the energy you invest in it will rarely be given back to you as reader appreciation, so hinging on that is also gonna burn you out fast. Enjoy the process and the product, you should make it for you first and foremost!!

The Guarding the Globe comics go a bit more in depth about The Order and its members, but it's really honestly a lousy ass comic xD;; I bitch about how bad it is to my friends all the time and yet..... I'll fix them for the sake of Criminal Boss Licec endgame 🙏

The Britcil old school "no homo we're just bros b4 hoes 4ever" friendship is so fascinating to me, especially 'cause Donald is smack in the middle of them as the actual best friend to them both, lol. I also have this fairly elaborate headcanon as to why Brit and old!Cecil are no longer as close as they were when they were younger though they still unconditionally rely on each other when push comes to shove, which I may or may not get into, but basically it involves alcohol and suicide (hand flaps).

I was gonna geek out my medical degree describing the proteins Eve was dismantling and then I thought to myself it's best not to overexplain things, reader's imagination is always superior and comic book rule of cool logic preferable when OP superhero powers are being employed.
