Committed: did the action (ex: tripped someone)

Drawn: victim of action (ex: got tripped)

Served: player chosen to serve bench penalties (ex: too many men, unsuccessful coach's challenge), or other types where the original guy can't serve it (ex: goalie leaving the crease, major fighting, etc), but may not have actually done anything

Someone had in the tags of the now-deleted original post requesting a normalized version, so thank you to @bluishfrog for explaining to me how to do that since I am not a stats person!

Essentially, this is the data above just divided by each players average time on ice and games played for the season so you can get an idea of how much they did relative to how often they played:
