It's the small details in these interactions that, after the book, enrich the relationship between them so much. It's interesting that this relationship, since the first film, was already thought of as being intimate. I think this says a lot about Hayfie: it's not about big declarations or big gestures, but rather about intimacy, affection and the small details.
