One week after Feofan returns to their home, an anonymous package is dropped off.

When opened a familiar song plays. Even though the instrument is different now, he recognises it without fail.

and it could go either way! i like the ftm pantalone headcanon, but i especially love the mtf pantalone headcanon. in my eyes, pantalone was pushing and burying her identity away, trying to maintain the public image she built, but it gets too much for her. and, as you said in an answer to my previous ask - dottore is the one handling the surgeries, i agree with that fully! nobody else knows pantalone’s body that well (this sounded kinda suggestive😭)

i headcanon mtf pantalone’s name to be fleur. i love her <3

One of my absolute favourite things is Pantalone having SOMETHING they hide and bury to keep a faultless public persona/maintain some idealised image he thinks he must uphold or everything will crumble. And oh my gosh, having that being that he is a woman is heartbreaking.

And of course, best thing is that when Pantalone is internalising something and not being their true self, Dottore is there to come and throw a big old self acceptance blanket over them because Dottore doesn't hold back shit from anyone and will be damned if Pantalone is gonna hide her truth. Dottore tells Pantalone that he will still love her whatever identity she has, and that if people think that a woman is somehow gonna be less capable of running Northland, it'll just be all the funnier to watch as she financially destroys them ~<3

Although admittedly I usually use ftm, you have me thinking about how beautiful mtf Pantalone would be. <3 I am picturing her as being besties with Signora, who teaches her how to put on makeup for the first time and is rather like the 'sister' role in offering support - thoughtful, stern, a bit mean sometimes, but absolutely caring. And Pantalone inheriting some of her style because of that. Anyway here is a quick Regrator Fleur for you as thanks for the free food~
