so the only female Emperor of China has for a long time been touted as a tyrant, incompetent, evil, etc. but recent findings totally contradict this. she made China super rich by increasing trade. her capitol was multicultural and had international markets with traders from all over. women were for the first time able to divorce their husbands and even gain position in the government (commoners were also allowed to have positions in the government), and she’d even appointed a female prime minister.

but the crusty old men around her couldn’t stand the thought of having a woman in power and be so accomplished. they couldn’t even overthrow her, so they decided to shit talk her after death.

I want to know what he figured out about those legends. I want to know if he has any records of their authenticity.
