If you think you love someone, and they don't care about you, they are not the love of your life. They are your obsession. You need to let go of that fear and trauma of being alone, heal yourself, and learn to go where love is served, not withheld. I know, because I spent 10 years learning how to identify real love.

Real love and connection are built. They don't happen instantly. Sexual chemistry and attraction are instant. It's lust at first sight, not love. Learn to tell the difference. Something else I learned from experience.

Sex isn't the foundation of a relationship. It's like the Lawry's you put on chicken to make it better. You can eat the chicken without Lawry's and still have a meal that's filling. But if you tried to make a meal based on seasoning salt, you'd end up hungry with nothing to eat. So stop making sex your main dish and start using it as a seasoning.
