The first thing about this callout post is that I don't trust anyone who starts a callout post, because they're so often done in bad faith that it's almost laughable.
The second thing about this callout post is that I don't trust anyone who calls someone out as a zionist, because that's a loaded term that has become a dogwhistle for leftist antisemitism at this point, and I'll be honest - I don't trust y'all to recognize the difference between antisemitic behavior and justified criticism of Israel, because you refuse to do the work of learning more than a few buzzwords about the situation in the first place.
The third thing about this callout post is that I don't remember the context for all of the things you're quoting, but I DO, happily, remember the context for one - the "are Aboriginal people actually homo sapiens" post. (<- Those are links! You can click them!) And like.
Was it the most politically correct question to be asking openly on the "piss on the poor" "no nuance" website as a White American person? (Yes, I know that xe's converted to Judaism. Bear with me). No, not really.
But prismatic-bell was NOT saying what you appear to be implying: that Aboriginal people are not human, or are subhuman. Xe said it right there in the post. All prismatic-bell was asking was, is there a possibility that, just like with other species that make up humanity, such as Neanderthals, that lived concurrently with homo sapiens and intermixed with them, is there a possibility that there's a third species that homo sapiens has admixture with, that Aboriginal people are made up of in larger part? That's actually an interesting anthropological question, if an uncomfortable one for a white person to be asking, given the history of white colonialism in Aboriginal countries. Which is why it's not a politically correct question to ask as a White American person. But it's an understandable and reasonable question to ask IF you don't know the answer, and curiosity doesn't just go away because you're White my dudes, and we all should have enough common sense and reading comprehension to be able to read a post and judge whether someone is asking a question in good faith or not. And so, for the, what, third time? I am linking you to the post in question so you can read it yourself and see for yourself what was actually said so you can make an informed decision FOR YOURSELF as to whether this callout post is garbage or not.
I'd also like to point out that this issue has already been tried in the court of opinion here on tumblr.no-nuance and xe already fucking apologized for the crime of Having Been Educated Poorly and the secondary crime of Being Curious On The Internet In The Wrong Way. Let people learn and grow from their mistakes. Especially when they aren't even really mistakes, my dudes.
And all of this leads me back around to my original point, which is that every time I see one of these callout posts, I start checking into things, and it turns into:
Something that's utterly untrue, that's just rumor and lies
Something that's so badly taken out of context that it's basically a lie
Racism/Antisemitism/anti LGBTQIA+ flavor of the week/some fandom ripping itself apart
Some random fucking kink that some fucking consenting adults are getting canceled over that I'm like??? Don't like, block them then?????????
Unprovable he said-she said nonsense
Like. Y'all have really got to do better than callout posts on tumblr.purity-politics. You really have to do better than dogpiling some random Jewish person every five goddamn minutes because they refuse to shut up about your constant antisemitism. I'm so fucking tired of this. Nobody is right 100% of the time, but these callout posts just literally get more and more unserious as the years go by. I'm not even gonna fact check this any more. Tumblr has a working search feature these days. Use it and fact check yourself before you reblog any more callout posts in the future.
