Pretty simple. I am 24 years old now. I still write, yes, about kpop, but it is more for my own personal use/viewing...whatever. I was unable to keep up with this blog because well, I’m getting old. I’m currently getting my masters degree and I’ve been conducting real research (accessibility in libraries, for anyone who is a curious one). I even worked on a content analysis’ of mental disorders in children’s literature.

Not to brag, I’m just really excited where life has taken me so far.

Basically, I have bills to pay, and overall responsibilities to attend to.

And I’m sorry. I kept saying I was busy and had school. But right now, I’m unsure if I’ll ever get back to it.

What I wanted to talk about was a cheesy life lesson! Don’t let go of things you enjoy because you think you’re getting too old for them. I still listen to kpop on my long drive to school, I dance stupidly in the shower to it, and I stay up really late watching kpop music videos. As you get older, you’re going to feel like you have to put this stuff behind you (also cause your parents/guardians keep telling you it is a phase), but I’m here to tell you that you don’t.

If you love something and it makes you happy. Keep on doing it! I feel like I’m supposed to be an adult now and there is the expectations that I’m supposed to be over ‘boy bands’ and fandoms like this. Hell, I even have a boyfriend whom I live with. That all doesn’t stop me.
