Sakura collapsed because of drug used on her, Sasuke was seriously injured in hand and Naruto almost didn't die, while protecting Sasuke. If not Kakashi, Team 7 wouldn't exist anymore. Now both Sasuke and Naruto were hospitalized. "Now I will change your bandage, Sasuke", said nurse. Sasuke was silent. His injuries would heal in two weeks. Three weeks and he would be able to go on missions. "What about Naruto?" he asked when nurse was done with his arm. He wasn't able to meet him in the past 3 days. Doctor forbade visiting Naruto. So even Sakura who visited him everyday, didn't know about Naruto's condition. Kakashi only said that he should worry about himself, not Naruto. So right now hospital personnel were the only people who could tell Sasuke something about his friend’s condition. "You mean Uzumaki, right? His condition was really dangerous to his life, what's all I know. But if I remember correct, since tomorrow people will be able to visit him, so you will be able to face your friend. You shouldn't worry so much, kid." "I'm not worrying about him!" "Yes, right." And with it, the nurse left his room. "Guy, you worry about him" said Kiba, who was hospitalized in the same room as Sasuke. "Shut up" Kiba was unmoved by his behavior and decided to go back to sleep.   The next day Sasuke spent about half day to finally decide — Go to Naruto's room or not. He wouldn't admit it to himself, but he had a sense of guilt. He was going to apologize. Yes, right. Apologize. The hospital corridor was full of people. He hoped what maybe Naruto's room will be calmer. He went to receptionist, where now Naruto's room is and he went there. It was a room for two people — just like his and Kiba's. But only the second bed was taken. It means Naruto is the only one in this room and for Sasuke it was a really good news. He couldn't see Naruto because of the hospital privacy curtain tracks, but he was sure he was there because of his shadow. "Yo, dobe" Sasuke said, but didn't receive a respond. Because of shadow he knew Naruto was awake and sitting. He probably was just mad on him. "You know, this mission was one big mistake... These ninja were just too strong for gennins like us. We should back away earlier." Still silence. "It could happen to anybody from our vintage. We shouldn't worry about this." Still silence. "You know... I didn't want to get trapped. Because of me... you... I didn't want for you to get hurt, because you are my... frie-, teammate! Yes you are my teammate!" He was still the only one talking. "... And my friend", he added finally. "My teammate and my friend." But Naruto still didn't respond and because of it Sasuke got mad. The went to the curtain and moved it aside. "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!" he yelled and saw that it wasn't Naruto, but the Hyuuga heiress. Hinata if he remember correct. "... Um, Sa- Sasuuke-san" she wanted to explain herself, but ashamed Uchiha was already leaving the room. He was mad both on her like on himself. He bumped on somebody and stoped. "Oh, teme!" Said Naruto. He walked on crutches, but smile coulnd't leave his face. "What's up? You showed yourself to welcome me in my new room? I would not expect, what you would be so nice", he laughed. "Shut up" was all what Naruto would get from him. Sasuke left Naruto and promised himself that he wouldn't visit him anymore.
