Original Description: "This is a character I've had floating around in my vault for quite a long time.

Her name is LuCiel (Pronounced "Lucille" but according to her, that spelling is has more of a dramatic flair.)

She's a store owner who exists in several different dimensions and timelines. If there's ever a story I write or a world I build, no matter where or when, LuCiel owns a shop somewhere there and it always sells the best stuff. Kind of like Beedle if Beedle was a girl.

Despite her melancholic appearance she's very dutiful and diligent. She takes running a business very seriously and has a natural knack for logistics and management.
