Like, for example, I was talking to my friend and I made a comment about my love life:

Me: —but that WHOLE thing was just a little before my lovers to enemies and enemies to lovers, so y’know. Who really wins that argument?

Friend: sorry. Your what.

Me:???

Friend: I never knew that you dated someone, broke up with like beef, but then got back together? You’re toying with me.

Me: no man, it was two separate things.

Friend: F*ck you mean you’ve dated multiple people????

It took 20, maybe even 30, minutes to explain my short, yet relatively complex, dating history

For race is a scary line,

As a huge Scooby Doo fan, and Velma (the character) enjoyer, Velma (TV) personally offends me. Just they ways people try to defend that series never hold up either 😭

A common defense being ‘all the Scooby-doo series take place in all different universes, this universe just happens to have a more distinct difference’. Yeah, so, Scooby Doo is like pie. All the different series are different pies; some differing in recipe, others are maybe a cherry pie instead of apple, etc. But, the problem is, Velma (TV) is cake. Now, it may have pie decorations, but it is still, fundamentally, a cake.

I understand the argument of CisHet women feeling more safe in gay clubs/bars, but honestly? That doesn’t matter bc by being there you are ruining someone else’s safe space. That may be a harsh sentiment, but it’s definitely one people need to remember when going into safe spaces not meant for them.

I want to be clear I’m not one to be openly hostile to straight people if they’re in gay spaces, as long as they’re respectful I’m usually fine with it. Yet, the recent increase of CisHet women going into queer spaces and getting VERY angry about being flirted with is a problem.

When it’s a queer woman flirting with these CisHet ladies and they get mad, what else did you expect?? Of course they’re going to think you’re gay. It’s a space for gay people.

And it’s especially aggravating when it’s a male identifying person flirting with these CisHet women because every time, without fail, they assume they guy is straight and try to shame him, saying it’s weird for him to be in a queer space, when they know damn well that’s exactly what they themselves are doing. This behavior is not only hypocritical, it’s bi-phobic.

The Real O’Neals was always an iffy show, but this detail was always the thing that stopped me from suggesting it to people. You can’t just bring up a serious topic and then just never really handle it?

In my mind, he gets actual help, like the king his is 🙏🙏

This seems really stupid, but I never really quite got the first stage of grief, ig?

I think I took it as more of a processing type thing, which it is, but I thought of it more as a processing what just happened; like a shock thing, with some cases being that they take a longer time to come to terms with the event.

I’m not saying that that’s not what it is, I’m just stating that I thought it was only that.

I understand it more.

This honestly makes the 5 stages of grief so much more impactful to me now, I used to take all the stages at face value, but now? I’m just thinking about how these stages are so accurate.

Writing grief is gonna be so much easier now 🤭
