i don’t appreciate how oddly specific this is

My last Tumblr post was over a year ago! (Okay there was one reblog that happened but I scheduled that years ago to go up on my 25th bday) so if anyone gets curious about whether or not I'm still alive, I thought I'd let you know I am. Anyway I never use this website because wifis non-existent and data in Samoa is way too expensive. (And I waste what I do buy on podcasts and instagram) But anyway life update. Still here, still queer, still in the clear. I love my life here but I think about and miss burritos daily. I miss the connection I got on tumblr from my college friends and a couple of fandoms so I hope everyone's doing well. I think about y'all every time I see a nice rock. Alright now it's time for me to disappear off Tumblr for another year. Have a great one. Tip your waiters.

I worked a second job at a cafe this year and my coworker quit so my boss just told me to run the place myself on the weekends. They also had me do all the prep work for the week and did not change what they asked me for after he left. I stole so much food for myself and gave so much free shit to friends that came in. Treat your employees like shit and they'll treat you like shit right back.

I think the reason I enjoy Ghibli so much is it romanticizes the little things. It makes me want to bake, study, clean the house, garden, and more while listening to happy music and occasionally picking wildflowers and lying in the grass. It helps me find joy in day-to-day life and that’s honestly sooo important for my mental health.
