The energy you create starts from whats going on inside of you. How you feel about yourself is going to project in your appearance. Love yourself, be kind to yourself. Tell yourself good things. Stimulate and educate your mind. You have to believe in the version of yourself that you want to become, then start showing up as her little by little, every day. You cant feed your mind negative thoughts and expect positive outcomes. Or wish for things and sit there and do nothing. You have to play an active role in your life instead of letting life happen to you. Especially if you are not where you want to be. Where you "plan to be" is the same thing as nothing. Its what you are doing right now. If you are actively working on it NOW, these "plan to be" thoughts don't exist. Because you are feeling them in the NOW.
