I’ve been in a lot of fandoms over the years, and generally speaking, you’re going to find all kinds of people in them. This is the first fandom I’ve ever been in where one of the key features of the fans is a desire to be sweet and kind and loving to each other, and I gotta think it’s because they want to be like you. You’re inspiring people to be their best selves by striving to be yours, and I just want you to understand that. Credit where credit is due, sir. 

Your fans are amazing people–I’ve had the opportunity to meet some wonderful, supportive, sweet, and talented individuals since discovering your videos and joining this fandom.  And I’m certain they’ve always had that spark of sweetness and goodness inside them, yes. I believe most people do, at least a little. 

But you nurture that in people. You help it grow. You provide the example that they strive to follow. And when you make mistakes, you show them–us–that mistakes are okay, as long as we correct them and work to learn from them. 

Whether you realize it or not, you are an incredible force for good, and you are having a huge impact on a lot of people–myself included. And as wonderful as this message is, and as happy as it made me feel, I still wanted to make sure you realized that, if we could, we’d all be sending the same message back to you.
