Your worth isn't as tied to your productivity as capitalism tries to convince you it is. People can appreciate your kindness, your attitude, your compassion, your resilience, your intelligence, your humor, your perspectives, your insight, your love and everything else about you which isn't about what you do for a living. So even if you can't do much of what society expects, people can and will still value your presence. You're not just the job you do or the job you can't do. Don't let people reduce you to what you DO when what really matters is who you ARE.
