From there, Beetlejuice is called upon to exorcise the new tenants, who eventually bond with the protagonists, and the house remains in the Deetz family until the end of the second film, where, after being christened the "ghost house," it is resold by the adult Lydia to create a new life with Astrid.🥀

🥀The structure we see in the films is only a facade; the interiors of the house were shot in a studio. The house's unique style makes it instantly unique, with Gothic and Victorian influences reminiscent of Hitchcock's gloomy mansions.🥀

Production designer Bo Welch created the house's beautiful, contrasting styles in the first film, where it transitions from a rural style to a modern one.
