I have a scar on my chest from a cat who's not alive anymore and I don't know how to write a poem about it

The last thing that's left of him is something that hurt. It's right over my heart

you think that you're so alone in the world then you read literature from hundreds of years ago and you realize that other people have always felt this way

I love how new hobbies just make you notice things that would otherwise go completely over your head. I’ve only been knitting for about a month, but now I can’t help but look more attentively at the clothes people wear. I used to never pay attention to any of that, but now I find myself appreciating how certain sweaters drape so nicely and being proud of recognising how different items must have been made! Gosh it took so so so little to change how I see the world around me. I wonder how many other things I’m completely missing
