Asking to have a payment sent as a gift - where the client/customer can't request a refund - is against Paypal ToS. If you want to get her banned from anything, kill the Paypal/income accounts. There's enough proof from her clients that she's demanding that type of payment. Paypal has been taking the 'gift payments' seriously lately and have been freezing frequent offenders... Even if she creates more Paypal accounts, eventually the site will get tired of her bullshit.

I hate to say this (I truly do because I'm very concerned for Ethan), but this is the best for him. maybe once in Canada again he can change his life for the better, and maybe time apart with help samm, as well. hopefully all ends well for them...
