It was a brown massage chair that looked like it had quite a lot of functions, even coming with a mini charging port on one of the arms! "This bad boy can massage basically any part of the body you want, at the level of intensity you want. I believe there's also a function where it can apply heat to certain parts to ease sore muscles... As you see, it's a realll good chair, so I'm shocked he let me just have it! And I thought, cause a lot of us have jobs and stuff that require a lot of moving around and psyhical activity, that is could be of great use for the house. By the end of today, I should have this working as good as new!"

He gives a thumbs up and reassuring wink! He can't wait to see how everyone else will love it once it's done!!!

"Hi, Uncle. I heard noises coming from here and got a bit curious." Hajime has seen more than enough craziness in this household to be more than a little concerned whenever he sees or hears anything out of the ordinary, which is often! Every day, actually!!

However, hearing that his uncle is simply working on repairing a broken massage chair, Hajime visibly relaxes. He even gets a bit interested in trying it once he hears all the things it can do when it's in working order, Hajime noticeably perking up!

"Well, if the neighbor was already throwing it out he must have considered it a lost cause. Hopefully it's repairable, but even without all its features it still looks really comfortable. Is this going to be your free time project, Uncle? I can tell you're really excited about it."

He can already tell how much of a hit the chair will be once it's fully operational again, Hajime quietly rooting for Phanty to finish it quickly!

"Good luck, Uncle! If there's anyone in this house that can fix it, it's you. And if you need an extra hand, just let me know. I want to try it out too!"

The near chortle he lets out before covering his mouth, is the hint Izuru gets that Takumi was clearly not being serious but rather, joking! After all, the other wasn't even in the water. In fact, what Takumi was talking about is the long piece of seaweed in sight that wrapped around his ankle earlier and made him Yelp!!!

"Ahaha, s-sorry, sorry, I just had to. Seriously, though, I almost thought an actual octopus or a sea monster caught me or something!"

"Your words are noted, Takumi. Though I wonder if your reaction would be similar were the same thing to happen again." Izuru looks over to Takumi and the smile he's trying to hide, knowing exactly what he's hinting at! Though Izuru will remember this for the next time he's in a body of water and Takumi happens to be nearby...

"Believing an octopus grabbed you is a reasonable fear to have, especially since many species of octopus can be found near the shore, but a sea monster? Did you perhaps think the kraken or something similar swam to shore just to consume you? You have quite the active imagination, Takumi."

"Don't worry," he says, glancing back towards the ocean and watching the waves, "I will not allow any sea creature to abduct you, whether they are mythical or not. However, I cannot protect you from every piece of seaweed that wishes to become acquainted with you."

Winks the very not innocently smiling girl!!! Tum definitely did the right thing in allowing her to only have one cookie and not let her know where the case of the other cookies are at!!! "Nooow if you don't mind telling your favorite niece that you love so much where they are, that'd be sooo nice, thank youuu~! ♪"

"No. Your appetite is one that needs to be monitored." Tum has absolutely no interest in telling her where the case of cookies are. He has seen her eat more than enough times to know that she would devour all of those delicious cookies if he handed them to her!

"It is because you are my niece that I am hiding them from you. You may have another one after dinner. Now run along and stop thinking about desserts. It will be time to eat in about two hours." Tum then turns Kotone around and marches her the other way, about to distract her with whoever the first person the two will come across!

Sitting on the couch next to the other, he gives another yawn before slumping his body against the other's shoulder~ He looks like he's struggling to keep his eyes open... "Sorry... I think I'm still half asleep. Zzz... "

"Good morningnoon, Takumi!" Of course Kaito is wide awake as he watches Takumi drag himself closer, the astronaut watching as the redhead eventually plops down beside him and uses him as an upright, makeshift bed!

"Are you seriously so sleepy that you're dreaming while you're dreaming? I don't think I've heard of anyone being that devoted to sleep!" Kaito moves just enough so he can see Takumi's face, chuckling when he sees that the redhead is about to fall asleep at any moment!

"Hehe...! Something tells me you're about to be fully asleep in a second! Just relax and doze off, Takumi. If you're this tired then you definitely need a bit more sleep. I'll see you in an hour or two, okay?"

She beams as she, as usual, sees absolutely no problem with these combinations!! "What do you think? I'm sure two heads instead of one will help me decide faster!"

"'Perfect timing'? Why? What are you-?!" He immediately regrets asking as he listens to Kako's woes, Yosuke tensing as he hears the horrific toppings she's thinking about putting on those poor cookies!

Snickers Takumi as he looks towards the bamboo tree before suddenly darting his eyes away. "Anyway, gonnaaa... get me something to drink real quick. Be right back... " And quickly steps out of the living room, almost looking kind of... flustered?

If Izuru gets curious to actually read it, though... What Takumi's red paper strip actually says it:

'I hope I can always be with everyone here... and banter with Izuru everyday!'

It seems that in truth, he might have gotten a little embarrassed about what he actually wrote and had to make up an excuse to leave the room... ~

"To use your wish for something like that... Truly your love of mackerel knows no bounds." While there was always the chance that Takumi would wish for something more traditional, Izuru isn't at all surprised to hear that his wish is far more playful and bizarre.

However, Izuru tilts his head when Takumi suddenly looks away and steps out of the room. He spotted the strange look on Takumi's face just before he left, Izuru certain that nothing that Takumi said would elicit such a bizarre reaction. He steps closer to the bamboo tree, Takumi's strip of paper being the only possible clue he has to go off of, and when he reads it-

"!"

"They're shaped like bears! With the cute ears and everything! Kind of like yours!" She giggles as she takes one out of the box and begins opening it. She hands ont to Teddie, too. They even came in colors of red, white, and blue, just like him~ "Hehe, they look just like you! I just had to get them." She giggles as she begins lapping it, wanting to enjoy the cute topsicles with him~

"Oh? Oh!!" Teddie's already excited before he even looks over, but the moment he does his eyes are sparkling as he sees the adorable topsicles~!!

"Hehe~!! You're so sweet, Kako-chan~! It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy that you got them because they reminded you of me! And sharing them with me too! I'm such a lucky bear~!" Teddie is more than happy to accept the cute topsicle, following her lead and happily lapping at the frozen treat!

"So good~! This is the perfect summer treat! It's been a little cooler 'cause of that sudden storm a few days ago, but my chest feels all nice and warm being able to share a yummy dessert with you, Kako-chan! Thank you~!"

"H-Hey there, Hajime. Are you still... p-pfft... mad at me? I said I was... h-heheh... sorry, already!" He certainly isn't sounding sorry, though! All the more indicated when-after finally looking at Hajime-his smile is as wide as ever!!! "L-Listen, I was planning to go to the bakery later. I'll get you some kusamochi rolls to make it up to you? How does that sound?" And also a certain pink colored roll to actually try it out, but he won't tell him that part!!

Hajime doesn't say a word as he enters the living room, especially once he sees Takumi quickly look away from him! He doesn't have to hear him to know that Takumi is still basking in the chaos he caused yesterday! Takumi teasing Izuru is one thing, but saying that sakuramochi is delicious just to tease him? And even more egregious is that Takumi hasn't even tried sakuramochi before!!

"You know exactly how I'm feeling, Takumi." He doesn't even bother to hide his annoyance, Hajime frowning even more when Takumi turns to him with a Cheshire grin!

"Uh hu. That doesn't sound bad, but I know you, Takumi. You would definitely use the opportunity to get at least one sakuramochi, wouldn't you. I'll be keeping an eye out for that pink and green mochi..."

Like chattering noises!! He's very eager to see if Morgana will make them... He'll find it pretty funny, if not also cute, if he does~ But until then, if he does; he will be watching... Curiously!!!

Curious as to why Makoto is leaning in closer, Akira meets him halfway before curiously glancing towards the oblivious kitty! It seems Morgana is very focused on what's going on outside, that being the usual chaos going on in the yard as well as... some birds that are perched on a nearby tree branch!

"I've heard Morgana made quite a lot of noises, but I don't think I've ever heard him chatter before. Maybe we'll be lucky enough and hear him right now~" He smiles as he watches the attentive kitty alongside Makoto, Akira now eager to hear some cute chattering~!

"His tail is swishing around so much... Whatever is happening outside must be making him very excited...!"

Sighs Yuta after trying to do so for 10 minutes! "Which is funny because I feel too tired to want to read, yet still couldn't immediately fall back asleep upon laying down. And I'd rather not stare up at the wall until my eyes close. S-So um, if you could help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'll repay you in the morning... "

After giving a polite greeting, Izuru remains quiet as he listens to Yuta's woes. He has certainly heard the plethora of loud booms coming from outside, Izuru not at all surprised that someone still has quite the stockpile left over from yesterday's festivities.

"If sleep is what you desire, then I will help you. Come. Let's continue this conversation in your bedroom, Yuta." Then if the tired Koko does indeed follow him to the bedroom, he will wait until Yuta is nice and snug under the covers before Izuru moves to stand beside his bed.

"Any future fireworks will not wake you. You will have a sleep so deep that the next time you wake it will be far past sunrise." Izuru then gently places a hand on Yuta's forehead, a firework going off yet the loud noises are already beginning to sound muffled and distant...

"Good night, Yuta. May you have pleasant dreams."

"Here comes some more... oh!" This time, it's pink and red colored fireworks that start going off.. at the end, looking just like a heart! "Cuuute!!! That big heart-shaped firework is just as big as the amount of love I have for the cutest guy ever!!" She turns to Junpei with a wink when she says that, before leaning up to give him a biiig kiss! Then she holds him tight, blushing as she nuzzles her face against his chest~!

"I wuv youuu, Jun Jun! I'm having so much fun with you tonight~! ♡"

"I saw it, I saw it! It was pretty big, hu? This neighborhood always seems to have the best shows, right Koto-chan?" Junpei is just as amazed as he gives his girlfriend's hand a little squeeze, happy to watch the fireworks display with her!

His eyes widen as the next set flies high into the air, Junpei smiling when he sees that the fireworks formed a giant heart! Of course not even a display as cute as that is anywhere close to how adorable his Kotone is, Junpei's smile softening as he turns only to receive a big kiss from her~!

He looks positively lovestruck as he has the biggest smile on his face, Junpei eagerly hugging her just as tightly as he presses a dozen tiny kisses to the top of her head~!

"Your excitement's infectious, you know. Whenever you're having a blast I can't help but get all excited too! I kinda don't want tonight to end if it means seeing you this happy, Koto-chan."

All he wanted to do was grill some hotdogs in an octopus shape... for no particular reason! But he thought he'd get the grill hot first... that is, until Izuru beat him to it and refuses to budge an inch!! "Can a guy not grill some hotdogs? I was going to happily give you some, too, you know? Heheheh!" He's not even trying to act subtle about it!! He just really wanted to see Izuru's face if he could grill up those 'octopus' dogs~!

"You know precisely why I won't move, Takumi." Izuru already knew that letting Takumi near the grill would result in some form of chaos, but when he saw him carrying the packet of hot dogs, the long haired boy knew exactly what the redhead's plan is!! He refuses to let his scheme come to be!!

"Other people can grill hot dogs. You cannot. And of course you were going to share them with me. In fact, I am certain that I am your inspiration for your sudden interest in hot dogs."

"You are not subtle, Takumi," Izuru states, placing his hands on Takumi's shoulders and guiding him backwards to where the chairs are, "Sit down and let me do the grilling. I will make us hot dogs without any aquatic-themed modifications to them."

"I-I know you're going to ask me to look at that stupid coconut game or whatever and I'm not doing it!!! Nor am I answering questions about coconuts! I! Am! Not! A! Coconut!!! A-And don't you go trying to harass Yuma about it, either! I made him promise me to not play along!! Now if you'll excuse me-!!!"

He is now trying to push the giant astronaut out of his doorway! He refuses to let this one deplete his sanity!!!

"But I haven't said anything yet!" Kaito has that look on his face as he stares at Yuta, the astronaut eager to ask him some very important kokoquestions!!

"But how will I know how accurate it is if I don't get an expert opinion, Yuta? Science demands answers! The world needs to know how accurate that simulator is! There are two experts in this house so it would be a shame not to get even a single answer, right?"

Of course Kaito has no intention of letting Yuta (or Yuma) off the hook, the determined astronaut letting himself be pushed out into the hallway. And even if Yuta locks his door, Kaito refuses to give up that easily!

"You're definitely not in the mood to talk about it today, but I know you will be at some point! I will get those answers, Mr. Kokohead! The mysteries of coconut-kind will be revealed someday!"

Takumi shrugs as he rests his elbows on the rails of the boat, admiring the view of the shoreline and cityscape~! He of course, has no idea that the boy overheard all his mumbling in his sleep! "Hey, you think I could make that dream a reality? If everyone could get in on grilled mackerel, that'd be nice... The power of mackerel... Heh heh.... " He snickers, as he's... probably joking about that!!

"You even dream about them?! Are mackerels and bonitos just floating around in your head 24/7, Takumi?" Junpei can't even take a sip of his mocktail because of how much he's laughing! He knows how much of a soft spot Takumi has for fish, especially those two in particular, but he didn't think the redhead adored them so much that he would dream about them!

"Hu? What, did you dream that Ace was a fish fanatic like you, Takumi? I bet he'd tease you if you told him. Then he'd play along just to piss off Yosuke." Smiling to himself, Junpei takes a sip before glancing over at Takumi again while tilting his head.

"I mean, all of us eat fish on an almost daily basis, so why not? Plus we always catch tons of mackerel so I bet you'd have enough to make some for everyone for at least a day or two. Since the guy in your dream reminds you of Ace, maybe you could ask him to help you with your grilling session!"

... Is what Takumi can be heard mumbling in his sleep!! He ended up taking a nap on the couch and apparently is thinking about selliing mackeral and bonito at a food stall... If the other tries calling out to him or shaking him, he will just... extend a hand?! As if he's passing a customer a grilled fish on a stick...

"For you.... zzzzz.... "

"Hehe... Sounds like big bro when he's had a really long shift~" Ace is of course incredibly amused at what he's hearing, quickly crouching down beside him and shaking him a little!

"Oh!" At first he's startled as Takumi suddenly extends his hand, but soon quite the devious grin spreads on Ace's face as he brushes Takumi's hand as he pretends to take the delicious fish on a stick.

"Om nom nom! Wow! It's soooo gooood! This mackerel is so tasty that I think I need another one! I've never had something so delicious before!" He manages not to snicker as he encourages the mackerel maniac, Ace eager to see how far he can influence his already strange dream!

"My brother definitely has to try this. Can I have another one so I can give it to him? And maybe an extra one, just in case he really likes it! And don't forget yourself! You've made allll these tasty mackerels and bonitos, so you deserve to eat a few as well!"

"Phewww~! I'm so glad... it feels a more cooler in here. That's it, I'm going to give Smoker and NIghts the tastiest cat treats and fishies, ever!" She giggles and goes over to where the cats are loafing and gives them pets and scritches, which makes them happily purr~!

"You've saved us and everyone else from becoming melted puddles, you two! Our saviours... !!!"

"I can't believe that actually worked. Just look at that downpour!" Hajime is stunned at just how stormy it is outside, especially with how sunny and unbearably hot it was yesterday!

"Y-yeah... If this weather is really thanks to them then they definitely deserve a reward. Who knew a cat and her kitten could do something like this..." Following Kotone's lead, Hajime kneels beside the kitties and uses both hands to give them both some nice scritches. Though he still can't help but be distracted whenever there's a particularly loud gust of wind or when it rains even harder!
