hand pulled noodles at the bed and breakfast

i'm so pleased with this airbnb. it was a little expensive but well it's a historic house in savannah. it's cute as hell. it's adorable.

borrowing a friend's parents is so fun. i have so much more patience for these people. i find the vast majority of things they do to be charming. i find myself offering to share things with them. it's nice.

i'm kidding i know this relationship is reciprocal and i'm here because it is a gift they are giving me and i know they appreciate all the gifts i have given them. and it's all sincere and stable. so, again. what a relief!

at the same time there is a definite feeling of Hey Cool I Guess I Am Basically A Stray Cat You Feed So Thank You For That

and it's always like. it's not like my parents don't love me. they helped me move and they're paying for one of my storage units. but i cannot live there. it is far easier for me to come here. so it is nice that it is an option.

i'm going to be real with you it feels weird to be crashing at my best friend's parents' house (should i not be crashing at the house of my own parents who live not ten minutes from here?) but they are nice and they love me. which is CRAZY.
