1) Always makes MC a cuppa every morning. Even if she doesn’t ask for it, he’s up and out of bed making one for himself and for her. 

2) Talks about MC ALL the time with anyone and everyone lol He’s a proud boyfriend and even if he’s already said it, he’ll never fail to admiredvy talk about how great his girlfriend is. Always imagined that Gary will talk his mates’ ears off about MC and they’re just like 😒🙄here we go again lol 

3) Loves to show off his girlfriend. So not just verbally, where he’ll flaunt about her but if she’s physically there haha my god, he will show.her.off. 

4) He loves to lay in bed and cuddle with her and whisper sweet things to MC. I’ll include pillow talk. He loves to have talks about anything with her until they drift to sleep or when they wake up. 

5) Gary loooves it when he lies his head on MCs lap and she runs her hand through his hair. 

6) Shortly after moving in, I can see Gary surprising MC with a puppy haha He talks about adopting animals if they ever move in together and will remember that chat he had with her at the Villa. 

7) Jokes a lot about proposing to MC, especially during Sunday dinners lol His nan probably starts the banter about wanting grandchildren already. 

8) He’ll take MC to the shipyard date the moment he gets the opportunity after leaving the Villa. It’s their official first date in the normal life. 

9) Gary likes seeing MC steal his shirts to sleep in them but he’s a bit of a dirty boi haha so he’d probably get turned on and he’ll switch his charms on her haha 

10) He’ll try to surprise MC by cooking her something for an anniversary but majorly fails lol But it’s a super sweet gesture from his part because he’ll be in panic mode with his nan on the phone 😂 

11) Gary thinks that MC finds him more attractive without his glasses so he’ll try to not wear them but MC will tell him otherwise and tell him she finds him really sexy haha So his cockiness and ego boosts instantly. 

12) Gary loves to hug MC from behind and give her neck kisses.

I can picture him swearing quite a lot around the house, if he drops or spills something, stubbs his toe. He’d mutter under his breath loud enough for MC to hear who’s behind him. When he realises she’s heard, even though it’s nothing new to her, he gets a little flustered and apologises.

He got all embarrassed when his nan showed MC pictures of when he was younger and telling her the stories about him talking to the trains.

He runs a bath for MC just how she likes it when he knows she’s really tired or stressed, and will massage her shoulders.

He occasionally surprises her with flowers when he comes back from work, even though it’s more the petrol shop type, but it’s the thought that counts.

When they’re lying on the sofa watching the TV he loves it when MC lies her legs on top of his while cuddling into his side.

He always makes a fuss of her even when it’s just them.

He deliberately teases/tickles her to make her laugh as that’s one of his favourite things about her.

Leaves notes on the bedside table when he leaves for work telling her he loves her, so that’s the first thing she sees when she wakes up.

He loves it when she surprises him by bringing him lunch at work.

He isn’t the most domesticated but since they moved in together he has really stepped up with cleaning and tidying.

His nan and MC are teaching him to cook.

When he wakes up first he can’t help but watch her while she sleeps, carefully stroking her hair.

I can imagine Gary quite excited to start back at work. We know how much he loves working with cranes so he would be happy to have some normality back in his life after all the drama. With MC depending what her job was I could see her being excited too but also nervous because of all the new attention and everyone knowing who they are, would take an adjustment.

With Gary's coworkers, I can see them being happy for him that he’s met someone and keen to find out how the experience was from his perspective. As the actual show is shown for one hour every night, only certain events and opinions get shown so I could see them being interested in that. I’ve always had a head canon that Dicky works at the docks with him too, so probably would get teased, in a good way, by the way he talks about MC.

I can’t see his morning routine being too different from how it was before love Island, he likes to keep things simple. A quick shower, having a cuppa and throwing on his work gear. The only difference would be that MC is there. For example instead of making one cuppa he makes two or if she’s still asleep if he’s on a early shift leaves her a note on the bedside table, kissing her forehead.

He would call "nature's way of seasoning it"...
