Currently Watching: House MD and a variety of horror movies (Oddity, Bring Her Back, I Saw the Devil.. to name a few)

Currently Working On: A new spommy fic set in the Companion (2025) universe — name TBD, release TBD, length TBD lol (I hadn’t written literally anything since I published my last fic on ao3, but I’ve gotten about 3k in the last few days, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed)

Last Google Search: ‘how much does a pack of mtg cards weigh’ (it’s between 26 and 27 grams depending on card variation which seems silly bc what? why do foils make it heavier? I know my next Google search I guess)

Currently Reading: last July I was doing research for a D&D character and I bought a 2025 book called Folklore of the Sea. It was super cool and informative! Then at work (I’m a library assistant) I found a book from 1979, ALSO called Folklore of the Sea, by Margaret Baker. I just looked at my bookshelf and apparently the 2025 book is an updated edition of that 1979 book. So I read that twice.

I need to read more actual books though. The amount of books I read is far too low, especially for a library assistant with a book-buying habit.

Current Obsession: Hayley Williams’ album “Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party.” Might be the quickest I’ve ever considered an album an all-time favorite.

Currently Watching: Critical Role 4, I just finished up the Vox Machina and Mighty Nein animated series, and watched my first ever season of Survivor. I chose the one where it’s all winners of previous seasons. Shock and awe, I was a little lost, but it was fun!!

Currently Working On: I just posted a oneshot I’ve been cooking in for a while AND updated a fic I haven’t updated in a year, so I’m not sure where I’m pivoting to next! As of last night it was another oneshot, but I suspect my focus is going to shift soon, probably to my spies fic :))

Last Google Search: “who invented dried pasta.” I was drunk and curious. Also I don’t think I actually read the results.

Currently Reading: most recent was starting a reread of Wuthering Heights with one of my friends that I never finished lol. Before that was reading Game Changer with the lovely @ghostvio! I also need to read Garden Spells for book club and Don’t Let Him In with my mom but I haven’t cracked those yet lol.

Current Obsession: my Smosh obsession is waning a bit. I’m picking back up on crochet a little but i guess I’m waiting for my next obsession to get here. Iykyk.

Currently Watching: we just finished the latest season of Bridgerton and now it’s back to Smosh, Try Guys, and some Disney movies from my childhood.

Currently Working On: kind of nothing as I am in between inspiration! But the two projects that I’ll never quite give up on are my crime spommy au and my imaginary friends spommy au!

Last Google Search: “tropical smoothie cafe menu” for obvious and very important reasons. The choice was Sunrise Sunset if you’re wondering.

I know sometimes I tend to treat writing like more of a job or a duty. So it just feels really nice to feel this joyous about something I’ve created, even if it’s just silly smutty rpf.

Also just as a teaser, letting y’all know that the drabble is based on this moment. Because honestly, how could I not?

The sun has begun to set, painting the sky a gorgeous purpley-pink. Soon it'll be dark out, the city shadows providing extra obfuscation for sneaking around and doing stupid things in the name of gathering clues. He has the warehouse's address in his phone already. It's a twenty minute walk. Seventeen, if he walks quickly.
