Hi everyone! :)

These days I’m playing FFXV Windows Edition and, thanks to the ANSEL program, I looked inside the various Cosmogony books. The interesting thing is that inside there are illustrations that I think almost everyone knows. X) These are the images I found: the cover, the illustration in the middle and the retrocover.

We know that Ardyn has been erased from history and the lack of that page proves it because after checking most of these books that we find in Eos, I can confirm that the only book with the complete picture is that of Luna, the oracle!Casually is missing the page that depicts the character that I firmly believe that it is Ardyn (And this fact confirms it to me) while the guy on the cover is his young brother Somnus.

Now that they got them, I can post these! :D <3

Christmas 2017 - Nyx and Ardyn Placemats, with hat and doll!Cor tinies on the back

Worked on over an 11 day period (probably about 2 weeks, in reality, I didn’t include the Nyx drawing time in there,) I wanted to make something totally different (and hypothetically useful) and so-

The tinies on the back were sewn separately onto netting/tulle and water soluble stabilizer, then rinsed, pressed dry, then hand sewn on. :)

Hello FFXV fandom!

I’d like to invite you to participate in #ardynoctweek, an upcoming pairing fest that celebrates our love of the Ardyn/Noctis ship that will be held on October 1 to October 7. 

The Prompts

Each day has 4 prompts to choose from. It’s up to you how many you want to do, and how you interpret them. I paired them up in a way that I felt was complimentary, so that people can combine prompts if they want to and so each day has a common theme.

The Rules

1. All works must be new.

2. You can submit art, fic, gifsets, manips, or anything creative. Just as long as it’s made by you.

NSFW content is allowed

“Problematic” content is allowed

Gen/non-romance/non-smutty content is allowed

3. Works must be focused on Ardyn & Noct.

No threesomes or moresomes allowed

No Ardyn/other, Noctis/other, or background pairings (except as a passing mention)

4. Only post relevant content per day (for instance, don’t post a work on Day 1 that’s meant for a prompt on Day 4).

5. If you miss a day, or want to post something that doesn’t fit a prompt, please wait to post it on October 7 – the free day.

6. Tag @ardynoctweek in the body of your post and tag your entires with #ardynoctweek (no spaces) within the first 5 tags. You can also add your works to our Ao3 Collection.

7. All fics must have a clear rating & description within the body of the post (not in the tags). Any work that doesn’t follow this rule will not be reblogged.

Ardyn’s true intentions and goals are rather opaque and ambivalently represented in the plot. I would say for sure, we can blame the devs for changing the storyline so many times during the game’s development that we now got a weird mess of a plot. Even I have difficults to understand certain things revolving Ardyn. Hajime Tabata, the director and writer of XV said, that “Ardyn only wants revenge.” So, I think we have to believe this, since this statement comes from the developer himself.

However, the game showed me, at least, everything else but revenge for Ardyn’s intention. To understand Ardyn completely, we definitely need more of his backstory and background information. So, let’s start with the spare things we know about Ardyn from the canon.

… and he shuddered at memories of starlit nights such as this, nights they had spent underneath the stars, safe and warm in each other’s arms.
