okayokayokay so I went radio silent for like a month but I am still fucking reeling from the Everything at the team leader summit. GROVYLE'S ALIVE! CELEBI TOO! Apparently Helena's had them (AND DUSKNOIR!?!?!?!) in her connections and they've been easing back into non-apocalypse life by doing missions on the Water continent. Grovyle and Dusknoir had some kind of serious heart-to-heart that I wasn't there for, and apparently Dialga's not taking credit for their revival. anyway I reunited with my high school pet lizard, bawled in his arms for a solid 20 minutes, and was completely distracted for the entire rest of the day

I've mentioned Vox a couple times in the tags and I should probably clarify who they are. The planet is sentient. or at least there's a life force that runs through all things that is sentient. It's called the Voice of Life, and I've taken to calling them Vox Vitae because that makes it more of a name and it sounds badass (and it's a good excuse to use some of my high school Latin education lmao). Their current avatar is a Hydreigon and they're a member of Team GaiaBlade over in Mist. Our rough understanding of recent history is that they're the one responsible for pulling us humans into the dungeonverse to help avert major cataclysms. I dunno why they need human help specifically. That one's still a mystery to us. There's a lot of confusing stuff about this world that's encouraging us to speed along the development of the Global Nexus so we can consolidate research efforts into stuff like this.
